Your gender is an important part of the eharmony Compatibility Quiz and how we analyze the results, so if you have registered using the wrong gender, you will need to start again. You’ll also need to retake the Quiz.
If you’re a Basic (non-paying) member, first delete your existing profile by going to the Data & Settings section in your account. This will stop your profile being shared with the wrong type of matches and also free up your email account to re-register.
If you’re already a Premium member, contact Customer Care so that we can delete your profile for you and free up your email address to re-register. Once you re-register and complete the Compatibility Quiz, please contact us and let us know so that we can reapply your subscription to the new account. Remember to provide the old and new email address (if different) or the Profile IDs
