Victor and Rosa

Rosa and I were first matched in January, 2008. I initiated the Guided Communication Process on January 15th. Our first telephone call was January 31st. After a few conversations on the telephone we decided to have our first date! We agreed to meet on February 9th at The Grove (Los Angeles). I arrived early. It was crowded that day (as it usually is) and I stood a little farther away from the agreed upon location; I wanted to see what feelings stirred inside of me when I first saw Rosa…I fell in love the instant my eyes caught a glimpse of her! It was that simple. Rosa completely stood out from the crowd and I knew she was the one! If it is any indication, our first date lasted 8 hours! We were both having such a great time neither one of us wanted it to end. After a few dates I expressed my feelings to Rosa and shared that I wanted us to see each other exclusively, she agreed. The next 14-months were great! We met each other’s families, took many day trips, ate at many good restaurants, danced, hiked, watched a lot of movies, and our love flourished, every single day. There were hundreds of telephone calls, to the point that I purchased long distance service! Our relationship developed very naturally. I believe that when you find ‘the one’, anything is possible. You naturally become unselfish; you inherently know that their happiness is what makes you happy. On May 2, 2009 after a delicious dinner at the Catalina Country Club (on Catalina Island), I proposed to Rosa…with a big smile and tears in her eyes, Rosa said yes!!!!
Joining eHarmony was a completely new experience for me; I wasn’t sure what to expect. I joined with an open mind and as always, very optimistic. While not every story on eHarmony is a success, there is something to be said about their service and the process. Rosa and I thank eHarmony because without it, we would have never met. We are extremely happy and are looking forward to a shared life full of happiness, family, and most importantly, love. Thank you eHarmony!!!!
