Kelly and Jeremy
Not only was it impeccable timing, but it was completely by fate that Jer and I met.
Jeremy wasn't one of my matches, and I wasn't one of his. Jeremy lives in Texas and I in Colorado. Both of us had only specified that we wanted to meet people in our own state. But Jeremy decided to push the "what if" button. And this wonderful site, lead him to me. "What if" you were to look at this girl from Colorado? Jeremy was intrigued, to say the least.
He sent me a message that said "You're adorable" and waited for a response. And a week before my subscription ended, I wasn't really looking for eHarmony to work for me. But when I saw Jeremy, I decided to give it a shot, and send him a forward message to see if we could get to know each other. Jeremy agreed and we started emailing back and forth from that day on.
Emailing quickly turned into texting, and texting into talking on the phone, the phone turned into skyping, and within one month, Jeremy had bought a plane ticket to come meet me in Colorado. The moment I laid eyes on Jeremy, I knew he was the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I've never felt so at ease, so comfortable, so myself, around anyone, but around Jeremy, everything felt perfect. We quickly and easily fell head over heels in love with each other.
We decided right away that we would rather do a long distance relationship, and face the challenges of that ever day, than be with anyone else. We've taken many plane rides, spent wonderful weeks together, gone on many adventures, and become best friends. And now? We're not only in a completely loving, committed relationship, we are pursing marriage. Jeremy and I fill the empty gaps in each others lives. We compliment each other's personalities, strengthen each other, challenge each other, and give utter happiness to each other.
I thank God every day that I joined eharmony, and that I held on to the very end. Jeremy is my soulmate, and the man I want to spend forever with. He is the harmony to my melody.
