Queston and Jamie

Although she doesn't like to admit it, she contacted me first. Otherwise we would never have met. Though she didn't send a message my eHarmony account was contacted with a "this person is interested". I had pretty much given up on online dating due to one cross country failed experience. After viewing Jamie's pictures I was sure she was out of my league. Once I read her profile I thought I would give it a shot and see where it goes.
After a couple messages we fast tracked to phone conversation and our relationship took off from there. We noticed we had a lot in common but our backgrounds were very different. We weren't opposites but as a friend of ours said we were complements to one another. Though the eHarmony process was fast tracked I had no intention of doing the same after we initially met. It was a lazy Sunday afternoon that I proposed. That morning we had gone to church she met my family and we had them over for dinner that she cooked and dessert that I baked. We were looking into each other’s eyes and I asked her to marry me. That was probably the most frightening thing I have ever done and she took forever to answer. She smiled, kinda laughed and I figured she would say no or something like that, but after I asked her what the smile meant she said yes. I was super excited, and we've been complements ever since.
