Jonathan Beber is a Research Scientist for the matching team at eHarmony. As eHarmony’s compatibility expert, he studies married couples to determine what personality traits and similarities best create a happy and successful relationship, and develops eHarmony’s compatibility matching algorithms based on this research. He loves anything to do with statistics and conducting interesting studies on dating and relationships, using that information to help people find their match faster and keep their relationship happy and rewarding. He brings with him expertise in quantitative methods in psychological research, as well as expertise in personality theory and assessment. Jonathan holds a Masters degree in Quantitative Psychology from University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Kansas.
