The moment I met Jenny in person I knew she was special.  Her smile, her demeanor, her laugh, her thoughts, and her values were all something I hadn’t seen in anyone else.  Our first date was at a wonderful Argentine restaurant that she picked out.  We spent the next several hours talking about everything and anything, from our kids to world affairs to art to travel to the outdoors.  After it was apparent the restaurant wanted their table back we decided to go for a stroll.  Being that I didn’t want the date to end I suggested we see a movie.  Of course the only movie playing was one neither of us was dying to see, but we made it through by chatting (which was probably more entertaining to our fellow movie-goers than the movie itself).  When the movie was finished I was again faced with the possibility of the date ending.  I suggested we take a walk around the block.  Of course, the date eventually came to end and we parted our ways for the evening.   When I got home I made sure to send Jenny an email letting her know how much I enjoyed our date.  Surprisingly, I received a reply almost instantly!  We spent the evening sending emails back and forth and made plans to see each other the very next day.

As they say... the rest is history!!! We spent the next few months getting to know each other even better and then the few months after that letting each other know that we had found our perfect match.  I proposed to Jenny during a bike ride (one of our favorite activities to do together) in October 2006 in Manhattan Beach.  We were married on July 28, 2007 at my Aunt’s ranch in Los Olivos amongst family and friends.  We are loving our life together!

Jenny and I feel so lucky to have found each other through eHarmony.  We feel like we have known each other for a lifetime and we can’t even picture our lives without one another.  Neither Jenny nor I ever pictured ourselves being one of those couples who found their true love through an online dating service… but here we are and we are happier than ever.  Thanks eHarmony.
