We met in person for the first time in August of 2006 -- after going through the stages of communication, and a couple of Open Communication messages. From the moment we saw each other, we knew that we had something special. Though we only knew each other a short time, it felt as if we had known each other forever -- a testament to the eHarmony matching process. We came from similar families (who get along well with each other), had similar types of friends, (who consistently let us know that we were made for each other) had the same beliefs and views, and had similar dreams about our future.

We have pretty much not stopped smiling since we met -- a fact that each of our 145 guests mentioned to us on our wedding day. Both of us know that we were meant to find each other - and are so happy that eHarmony allowed that to happen.
