I saw Michael's profile and jokingly said "I'm going to marry this guy." When we started the process he was in Germany on business, and I was in Kansas City , so we spent the next three weeks emailing and talking on the phone everyday.  By the time he returned to Kansas City and we actually met for our first date (which lasted three days), we both KNEW we would be married someday.  We quickly became each other's best friend and grew more and more in love each day.  We didn't only love each other unconditionally, we appreciated each other.  On December 15, 2006 Michael made our dreams a reality.  In front of our parents, he went down on one knee, ring in hand, and asked me to marry him!  We are very excited about our future together and both feel extremely blessed that eHarmony made it possible for our paths to cross.  Our profiles and some of the first emails we exchanged were actually read at our wedding!!  Thank you eHarmony!! We were married May 19, 2007.
