I joined eHarmony in July of 2006 as a birthday present to myself. I figured I had been searching for a partner for years with no luck, so let science try it! I was quickly matched with Roy and by September 2006 we were in communication and met for our 1st date Sept. 22nd.

There was so much chemistry & attraction between us, neither of us wanted the date to end! We began to see one another every weekend and after 2 months he had invited me home to England to meet his family for Christmas, so I took him to meet mine for Thanksgiving.

Two years later he bought me the most beautiful, vintage art deco ring and we became engaged.

We married the 29th of May, 2010 in a beautiful, intimate ceremony with one of our closest friends officiating. The wedding was in a lovely historical inn-the oldest in New York State.

It was truly the most wonderful night of our lives! We look forward to spending the rest of our lives enjoying one another and traveling between England and the US.
