I signed up for eHarmony after my mother kept saying, "If I were young again, I'd just do eHarmony." I finally decided to give it a try. I joined in June of 2008. July 7th of 2008 I was matched with Justin. After sailing through the guided communication we entered open communication on July 10th. Our first phone conversation took place only a few short days after.

We met in Delafield Wisconsin for dinner. We found ourselves talking late into the night. From that first date we were inseparable. We continued to see each other even though we lived in separate cities, an hour apart. Our friendship blossomed into a beautiful relationship.

One year later, July 25th, 2009, we returned to Delafield for the anniversary of our first date. At dinner we were reminiscing of our past year together and how eHarmony brought us together. If it had not been for eHarmony, we would have never met. As I became sentimental from all of our memories, Justin slid out of the booth and onto one knee. (Little did I know that he had asked my father earlier that morning!) He asked me to marry him and I said yes, of course as I choked through my tears of joy.
