In 2007 I would turn 30 and graduate from Dental Hygiene School. I expressed to my friends that I wanted the next thing ... I wanted a family. I did not go out much and did not do many things where I would meet many potential "prospects"!! A friend suggested that I sign up on eHarmony.

March 30, 2007 - the day I met my Navy Pilot (eHarmony match)... and it was indeed love at first sight. My guy is military he resides in Corpus Christi, TX while I live in Houston, TX. We visit each other in either city and when I can I enjoy meeting him in different cities (on the coast) when he has to be there to train students on landing their jets on a ship...I'm so impressed and proud of him for his service commitment to our country.

February 14, 2009 - To my surprise Marcus asked me for my hand in marriage. I buried my father 15 years ago on that date... I always thought that day would be plagued with sadness... It rained the night Marcus proposed ... I think it was tears of joy from my father ... he knows that a good man has stepped into my life and plans on taking good care of me.
