My career has made me what you might class as a road warrior and on top of that they have relocated me 3 times in the past 2 ½ years. So as you could imagine this amount of moving and traveling made it a bit difficult to date.  My last place of resident before now (Tampa, FL) was one of the worst for dating. You would think different, but for a guy raised in the Midwest, I found this was not my cup of tea! 
After my move from Tampa and following a mismatched relationship, I decided to give eHarmony a try.  I was a little hesitant at first, never really having a hard time finding dates, just a hard time finding a person I could stand to be around for more than a month! I know I wasn’t a top dog, but I also wasn’t the last to be picked for kickball! I thought I would give it at least a month!

After taking the profile test I was really hesitant, I never thought that some of the questions asked would ever find someone of my liking! Then, I started some communications, that led to some phone conversations and I was excited to see what new responses I have gotten that day! Allisia was one of my second waves of matches I received and when I saw her picture I was automatically drawn to her! As you can figure out questions led to open communication that led to phone conversation and that led to our first date. All the while never really telling my friends I was using eHarmony!

As it comes to find out she herself is tired of mismatched relationships and also has a job that keeps her busy!  With eHarmony it took the hassle out of looking for your other half. On stroke of midnight for New Years 09 I proposed and asked her to marry me! I’m sure I would have lived on, not using eHarmony, but I don’t think I would ever be this happy!  I truly owe my thanks to you and your team! I am a huge supporter and proudly tell everyone “we met on eHarmony”!!
