Dear eHarmony,

Kamini and I met via eHarmony in October of 2004. We had our first date in November 2004. What made our meeting so improbable is that we are two very different people (on paper) and no one would possibly match us together. We also lived very different lives where our paths would have never crossed.

However, eHarmony found a way through their personality profile that we were perfect for each other. I found a woman that truly understands me; I knew this from the second date. It is such a relief that you have someone in your life where you don't have to explain yourself daily; Kamini just knows and understands with infinite patience for me and I love her for that! We are also from two very different backgrounds, she was born in Guyana, and ethnically Indian with parents from two religions (Hindu and Islam) and I am a half German / Half Italian/Sicilian Catholic.

We are also different politically;...no one could imagine that we would find happiness and true love through eHarmony. We were engaged in February 2007 (a complete surprise to her). We look forward to spending our lives together. Thank you eHarmony!
