I was at my wit's end when I decided to join eHarmony. It was the best decision I ever made! After dating men who were not right for me and being constantly disappointed and hurt, eHarmony gave me a new way to find someone compatible with me, while eliminating those who were NOT right for me. Patrick was the very first man I decided to communicate with from eHarmony. I was very wary, but excited. From our very first phone call, I knew we already had a special connection. Three days later, we met for our first date. He was so kind, and warm, and genuine. We both felt like we had known each other our entire lives. Like we were old friends. It was the best first date I had ever had, and I looked forward to many more. For our second date, Patrick invited me to his grandparent's 60 Anniversary party. It was such a wonderful day. I fell in love with his family and was excited about the future. Patrick flew to Illinois to meet my family for Thanksgiving. My family loved him just as much as I did. He also had an important talk with my father about the future of our relationship. Being a daddy's girl, I knew my father was very interested in talking to this new man in my life. But just like me, my dad saw the quality in this man, and his love for me. A month later Patrick asked me to be his wife. I eagerly accepted! And so, we decided that March would work out perfectly for us. And it did! Patrick and I had a beautiful Friday evening wedding. He wrote me a love song and sang it to me during the ceremony. It was absolutely the greatest day of my life. Patrick is my dream come true. I cannot imagine my life without him. I truly believe that he saved me from a life of disappointment. He is very sincere and romantic. Patrick always thinks of me first in every situation. He makes me laugh and smile every day. We did just get our first puppy.
