Dan had spent a lot of time researching eHarmony and decided the site was reputable, and that it abided by the standards that were important to him. I had been sitting watching TV and saw an eHarmony commercial.  I did not do the research that he did but felt safe presenting my profile. He seemed very sure of what he was looking for in a partner and his standards were very high. However, there was something about him that caught my interest and when I contacted him, he said that he was very pleased that my profile information was complete and informative.  We talked a lot on line and then made phone contact.  Within a month we met in Seattle and got to know each other a little bit better. 

I feel that is where the real story begins.  Dan is the most honest, tender, loving, spiritually strong man that I have ever known.  After his divorce he read a lot of books on relationships.  He was prepared to apply what he had learned and in doing so, he has taught me as well. We have a wonderful, loving relationship.  We treat each other with respect, we love each other without reservation, we fish together, we work out together, and we laugh together. 

Our love has grown incredibly since we met.  I am constantly amazed at how compatible we are.  Our needs and desires are so similar, our ability to communicate is fantastic, and our goals for our future are in harmony.
