After countless attempts at online dating, I decided to give eHarmony a try. I communicated with about two people before I matched with Mike. I first viewed his profile in Early November 2007 and we began the process.

On thing that stuck out to me as we were getting to know each other was the answer to the question that said; “What are you most passionate about?” His answer was, “I am most passionate about not walking away from a task or challenge until I am sure I have given it everything I have. I cannot go half way, all or nothing.” I’ve been searching for someone who is an all or nothing type person, it says a lot about somebody. Most importantly, compatibility, and well…we are so compatible!

At the time he was deployed overseas for his job, after reaching open communication, I had countless calls from Pakistan.  We had some time to get to know each other, and we decided to meet in person after he returned. It was three days after he returned home that we finally met in February. Mike drove from VA to PA to meet me.  We were both very nervous, but that didn’t last long, we’ve been inseparable since we met. We got engaged in July 2008 and moved to Clearwater, FL in August.

Mike is my best friend and I’m so blessed to have him in my life and I can’t wait for our future together! Thank you for your service! eHarmony Rocks!
