James was the first person I met through eHarmony.  I was skeptical about the process, but felt much better when I realized on our second date that we had been at the same wedding a year and a half before.  That was the first of many things we had in common. We both went to Indiana University; we lived a mile apart, and ironically had many mutual friends from different times in our lives.

We met for the first time in October 2005, we were engaged the following year at  the restaurant we met on our first date, and were married in October 2008.  Today we live in Chicago, have new jobs we love, and we recently got a new puppy we named Charlie!
