Prior to meeting my husband on eHarmony, I was working as an administrative assistant in a small real estate appraisal office in Orlando, FL. My life was very simple and quiet but not complete. One of my best friends, Susan, decided to put me on eHarmony in November 2004.

On the other side of town Rick was working in the real estate business and, as a single father with three boys full time, ages 11, 9, and 7, found it very difficult to have any type of social life. One of his best friends, Rich, decided to put him on eHarmony in January 2005.

In February 2005, eHarmony matched our criteria and our relationship started. We corresponded through eHarmony and went on our first date. It was very exciting because we both felt like we had known each other forever. It was a perfect evening and our love blossomed from that point on. If it were not for eHarmony both of us would probably still be in the same old boring routine.

On October 7, 2006, Rick and I married in the backyard of our brand new house in Windermere, FL. We are very thankful that Susan and Rich decided to put us on eHarmony. It changed our lives in a way that nothing else could.
