Dr. Neil Clark Warren - Chairman and Co-Founder
eHarmony is an outgrowth of the general principles on marriage and relationships outlined by clinical psychologist Dr. Neil Clark Warren in his books, seminars and clinical practice. Dr. Warren's experience is the cornerstone of eHarmony's approach to matching singles. He serves as the spokesperson and provides leadership to assure that the site and its services are on-target and effective.

Dr. Warren has counseled thousands of singles and married couples, spoken extensively at conferences and seminars across the country, and written nine books on love, marriage and emotional health. Over half a million copies of Dr. Warren's best seller for singles, "Finding the Love of Your Life," have been sold, and it has been translated into seventeen languages. He has been recommended as a Must Read by Time Magazine, and his recently released book "Love the Life You Live" directly complements eHarmony's objectives. Since receiving his doctorate from The University of Chicago in 1967, Dr. Warren has become one of America's best-known experts on mate selection.

Greg Forgatch - CEO and President
At eHarmony, Forgatch is the co-founder and concept leader. He is responsible for setting the agenda, business goals, branding and development of eHarmony. His focus is providing a range of services that positively impact the lives of people looking for that elusive fulfilling relationship. Prior to founding eHarmony, Forgatch spent five years as President of Neil Clark Warren and Associates, a company that created resources to further the development of healthy relationships while franchising Neil Clark Warren. Forgatch's leadership was a noted in his selection as a 2003 finalist in the Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Marylyn M. Warren - Senior Vice President
Warren came to eHarmony in June 2000 after serving as Vice President for Financial Development at The Huntington Library for the prior eleven years. During her tenure $153,000,000 was raised for the institution and she directed the capital campaign for a new Botanical Complex. She has spent the past 20 years working in the fields of public relations, fund raising and special events at Cal Tech, the Russ Reid Company, The Music Center of Los Angeles and The Huntington Library. Warren's responsibilities at eHarmony include overseeing the strategic reach of eHarmony to all parts of the larger community with a special emphasis on media relations. As onsite director of the eHarmony launch in Texas, she focused on developing relationships with key centers of influence for eHarmony. In addition, she shares responsibility for corporate planning as a member of eHarmony's executive committee.

J. Galen Buckwalter, Ph.D. - Vice President of Model Development
Dr. Buckwalter has applied his research expertise to the development of the statistical model used to identify compatible couples at eHarmony. As more and more couples are matched through our services, Dr. Buckwalter will integrate the information generated through successful matches into our matching model using an advanced statistical method known as neural networks. He is a research psychologist and an internationally recognized expert in the effects of hormones on brain functioning. As such he relies on knowledge of sophisticated statistical modeling techniques and research design methodology to ensure that the matching model of eHarmony will continue to be the gold standard for helping individuals meet their match.
