More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Pets--cats & dogs specifically. I should have been a veterinarian--didn't make it to vet school but, I am content continually learning about veterinary health as well as animal behavior & intellegence and the human/animal bond. And of course, I love the everyday awesome experiences of owning my doggie and 2 cats!

I typically spend my leisure time

Walking my Dog, Working around the house (I know it says LEISURE TIME!)but I enjoy flowers and have tons of stuff to take care of outside & in. I recently rented a kayak & really enjoyed that.

The most influential person in my life has been

Best Friend

The first thing people notice about me

I'm fiesty!

The last book I read and enjoyed

I don't usually sit still long enough to read a book--I usually read magazines (Health, Cooking Light, Better Homes, etc) When I do read books, the topic is usually animail/veterinary related

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my health
  2. my family (mom, brother, sister, aunt, cousins, pets,)
  3. my love of pets and wildlife.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Friends Describe me as

A little more about me

It probably sounds like I'll turn out to be an old lady with a zillion cats! But one of my main beliefs regarding pet ownership (and this goes for kids too) is to have fewer of them & be able to give them the best in attention & care possible!
