More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

The students that I work with! I love being able to watch the changes that happen as they go through their college career! I love watching them succeed whether academically or through their involvement opportunities! it's the best thing ever!

I typically spend my leisure time

I typically read a lot, watch t.v., and I like to take walks/drive (it helps me think). My favorite t.v. show is Alias. I know its funny but their is just something about the mixture of the CIA/Spies and the girls kicking butt that I just love. I am currently reading Les Miserales by Victor Hugo. I would recommend it. I started reading it because it was on my list of want to read/ should read bacause its a classic and have really enjoyed it so far.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone who is willing to get to know me and allow me to get to know them. Someone who is willing to listen and laugh (either at me or themselves or the situation in general). A good laugh can go a long way.

The first thing people notice about me

I am really not sure! Maybe my quite demeanor at first, it sometimes takes me a few moments to warm up to the situation and feel comfortable. Maybe how I can just jump in and handle a crisis sitation and get the job done. Who Knows!

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. It about these individuals who are trying to find some secret about Jesus Christ and they have to follow the clues, etc. I liked the fact that it showed a viewpoint that I have never been exposed to. And it made me think.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Family
  2. Friends
  3. Education

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

The fact that I do get more "emotional" than I let on. I feel that a lot of people, especially my family, depends on me to be the voice of reason. I actaully just try to choose a more appropriate/ private moment to express my emotions a lot of time.

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Easy-Going, Good listener, Hard Working
