More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Being a good person. I am also very passionate about educating kids and anything that has to do with protecting children. I can't stand for people to treat anyone/anything bad. I can get really angry when someone tries to belittle another person.

I typically spend my leisure time

Working on my house, drawing/painting, reading, writing, and cleaning. I also have a BIG dog that I adore. He and I play a great deal. He has his own vacuum cleaner; now, if I could only get him to use it! :))

The most influential person in my life has been

I have three: honesty, kindness, and chemistry to like, or respect the things the other enjoys.

The first thing people notice about me

my height--I'm 5'11--and I wear heels! ;)

The last book I read and enjoyed

Crime and Punishment...my favorite book. I love the whole psychological aspect of the book. The transformation of Raskolnikov from someone who doesn't understand moral integrity into someone that does...is fascinating. I like world literature because you learn so much about the countries in which they are set. I read that a lot, but the most recent book I've read is: He's Just Not that Into You. :) My girlfriends are all passing this book around, and well, isn't wasn't a great epiphany for me, but instead validated what I believe to be true about guys. No, it doesn't bash guys! :))

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my family and my dog
  2. my friends
  3. my ability to see beyond the trees

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I don't know...I'm pretty open and I don't have a very good "poker" face.

Friends Describe me as

Good listener, Intelligent, Perceptive, Thoughtful

A little more about me

I think you have to be friends first before anything else.
