More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passionate about expanding my knowledge and experience, redefining/synthesizing it, and then giving it back to the rest of the world.

I typically spend my leisure time

Drawing, reading, writing, watching movies and DVDs, listening to music, watching tv, sometimes cooking, staring at the wall, doing crossword puzzles, making stuff.

The most influential person in my life has been

Humor, or intelligence? They're neck and neck.

The first thing people notice about me

I can talk with almost anyone, even if we don't speak the same language.

The last book I read and enjoyed

_The Club of Queer Trades_, was written by G. K. Chesterton in 1936. It is a collection of mysteries surrounding a club whose members (10 of them)invented new and unusual ways to earn a successful living. My favorite involved the Romance and Adventure Agency, which provided, by subscription, a little spice and thrill in the subscriber's life. It was a mystery due to bureaucratic error and the wrong person experienced the thrill.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my intelligence
  2. my sense of humor
  3. my talent

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I guess I've just said something if it bothered me enough, and didn't wait for them to notice. Life is too short and already complicated enough. I don't like having to second guess what's on someone's mind. It's all spinning wheels and throwing up dust.

Friends Describe me as

Intelligent, Optimistic, Perceptive, Warm

A little more about me

I'd love to learn more about baseball.
