More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

That's something that's hard for me to pin down as I have so many interests and passions. I guess at this point in my life I would have to say I am most passionate about enjoying life and expanding my Spiritual Awareness. I want to travel, read and learn as much as I can about the true nature of myself and the universe and to learn how I can be of help in general. My personal mission statement if you want to call it that is "Dedicated to Improving Lives, Physically, Spiritually and Financially." I want to have the best possible life for myself and for the people in my life; there by making the world a little brighter for everyone.

I typically spend my leisure time

I don't know that anything I do is typical.. but I find myself reading when I have time, and sometimes I just like to rent movies and veg out for a few hours.

The most influential person in my life has been

I am looking for someone who can be open and honest and spontaneous. Someone who is their own person and doesn't feel the need to control others.

The first thing people notice about me

I am not sure, but many people say it's my "energy", I am told that I make people feel good because I am generally full of energy and smile and laugh often.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Who Moved My Cheese was the last book I read. I enjoyed it because it showed me a different way of looking at my environment and the people in it as well as my attitude about it all. It was about how people perceive their lives and react to it. I liked the new view it gave me on the subject.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am most thankful for my son. Raising him was a great challenge and an inspiration to me.
  2. I am thankful for God who has helped me through all the phases of my life, and given me strength and hope when I needed it.
  3. I am thankful for my family and friends who share their lives with me and listen to me and celebrate my joys and comfort me in my sorrows.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I wish people would notice my soft heart and how "polite" I appear, and that the fact that I am being "polite" doesn't mean that I am stupid or unaware of their possible "underlying motives".

Friends Describe me as

Ambitious, Perceptive, Spiritual, Spontaneous

A little more about me

I am generally fun to be around. I try to roll with the punches and make the best of things. I cry during certain songs and movies.
