More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Being an ER nurse is the best! I love being able to make a difference in someone's life. As nurse, I get to be the one who relieves pain, gives hope, or just hold a hand. It is the most gratifying thing I have ever done! I wrote that paragraph before my grandbaby was born, I am pretty passionate about her too!

I typically spend my leisure time

What's that? After I work full time, work another part time job, take care of kids, home, and bills, and now I am working on my Bachelor's degree, I occasionally get go with my brother and his wife to a local country bar where we dance our socks off!

The most influential person in my life has been

That's like eating potatoe chips, I can't pick just one. Honesty, self suffiency, a good sense of humor, motivation. They come as a package.

The first thing people notice about me

I have been told it's my smile. Maybe it's the big teeth!

The last book I read and enjoyed

It's been awhile.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my children
  2. my good health, as an RN, I see the chronically ill everyday, I am blessed!
