More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

The pursuit of personal and spiritual growth; art, design, creativity and music; stimulating conversation, laughter; reading; physical activities like dancing, yoga, jogging, walking, swimming; enjoying nature.

I typically spend my leisure time

On design and art projects, reading, listening to music, visiting museums, galleries, parks and city streets, meditation, walking, jogging, yoga, swimming, socializing with friends with whom I share the same passions and outlook on life.

The most influential person in my life has been

Loyalty, searching and open-mind, tolerance, kindness, ability to listen, forgiveness, sense of humor, education.

The first thing people notice about me

Initially reserved and shy demeanor. Then intelligence and then...it's up to them.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle" by Hiruko Murakami. It's an unusual novel beginning with a commonplace act of cooking spaghetti by a 30-year old Tokyo resident but develops in unexpected ways. His life is altered gradually by the outside forces and people who start interfering in it. The narrative hovers on the boundary of reality and dream/fantasy. It comments on the modern, plastic, West-influenced materialistic Japanese reality and brings in motives from Manchurian and World War II wars. It is complex and gripping. It reamins partially unresolved to the end. It was hard to put it down. 600 pages were not a deterrent!

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Healthy mind and body.
  2. Peace, food, comfortable and safe home (it doesn't mean that I'm passionate about dining out!)
  3. Countless opportunities to grow, develop, explore and share with others.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My true nature: creative, spiritual, exploring, sensitive, enthusiastic about people and things I love.

Friends Describe me as

Creative, Intelligent, Romantic, Spiritual

A little more about me

I am allergic to fur animals. If you have a four-legged friend, I wish you good luck in finding partner who can fully appreciate them.
