More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

film and photography...

I typically spend my leisure time

relaxing...and, just what relaxes me...everything from rock climbing for the first time to reflecting upon subplots in "Syriana"...ideally, my future partner also will possess an adventurous spirit and an analytical mind....

The most influential person in my life has been

honesty

The first thing people notice about me

personality

The last book I read and enjoyed

"the shipping news" by e. annie proulx...at first, i detested the protagonist (Quoyle) for wallowing in self-hatred and nearly put the book down...yet, its rich and sophisticated writing hooked me...eagerly, i flipped pages in search of the next lyrical and revealing metaphor...next thing i knew, Quoyle had shed his self-loathing skin for a healthier version of himself...the juxtaposition of the old Quoyle with the new effectively underscored the profundity of his self-actualizing transformation...i really felt rewarded for finishing the book...

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. life
  2. family
  3. friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

loyalty

Friends Describe me as

Creative, Generous, Loyal, Passionate

A little more about me

i'm as comfortable crashing in a tent on a beach as i am wearing a cocktail dress in a five-star restaurant...nine times out of ten, i'd prefer a martial arts flick to a romantic comedy..i'd jump in a fountain on a dare...
