More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm passionate about exploration, both inside and out. Being creative, shaping my surroundings, being of help to others, music, art, animals, so many things. Living an authentic life!

I typically spend my leisure time

In recent months I like to excersise at the gym or jog down by the East River, dance/learn tango, ski occasionally, socialize with friends - eating, drinking, listening to music ie.- jazz, rock, symphonies, movies, walk and walk and walk the streets of this amazing city. I'd like to do some weekend camping and definitely get to the ocean. Sail a Sunfish. Think I'd like to get back into making music and filmmaking again too.

The most influential person in my life has been

A kind heart, gentle spirit .... Non dogmatic spirituality a plus.

The first thing people notice about me

Other than appearances, I'm told I'm nice and easy going but I can't vouch for those qualities being the 'first' things people notice about me.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"Forever" is a New York City historical fiction title I really enjoyed, and was sad to finish. To see this city grow from its' very humble beginnings and events taking place at street intersections I know in such a personally described way was really a pleasure. Now I'm back to my 'spiritual' reading. "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. Also, after some years, i'm circling around studies of ACIM with meditation as a component. Other books: "Confederacy of Dunces" which was insightful and very funny, "Wind-up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami I just finished and really enjoyed.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Airplanes
  2. Health
  3. Post-Its

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

On occastion, when friends describe me, the expression " Calm waters run deep " comes up. I really don't know how I feel about that!

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Creative, Dependable, Funny

A little more about me

I'm originally from New York but spent 15 years in Denver, Colorado. I moved back here now about 4 years ago and am rediscovering the hidden surprises of this city. Would enjoy the company of someone who would like to join me with reconnecting with this city. BTW - I was briefly in the film biz, a long time ago, and a self employed web designer/developer. I still visit Colorado a few times a year and would like to get back to spending even more time out there in the mountains, embracing that lifestyle, again... Mountains, ocean & city life are all important to me.
