More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about learning other languages, traveling, and trying new things.

I typically spend my leisure time

Hanging out with friends or my dog, shopping, cooking, being outside when the weather is nice, road trips, reading, working out, happy hour with friends/coworkers, bellydancing, taking classes, watching movies if the weather is bad, driving around looking for things to do...

The most influential person in my life has been

its hard to pick just one;) A variety of interests..someone who can enjoy many different activities and likes to try new things and see things off the beaten path..

The first thing people notice about me

I have a firm handshake and a penetrating stare.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The last book I read was the 6th Harry Potter book...Right now I'm reading 2: Memnoch the Devil and Blood & Gold by Anne Rice.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My wonderful parents, they are my support system
  2. My job- hooray for financial security
  3. Good friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

Just because I'm quiet at first doesn't mean I'm boring, shy or I don't like people. I'm just taking in the scene and observing.

Friends Describe me as

Articulate, Creative, Funny, Intelligent

A little more about me

I try to enjoy the little things like the smell of freshly washed laundry, big luxurious towels and washcloths, a cup of tea, a soft breeze on a hot day, autumn foliage, rainstorms..yes, I stop to smell roses. I notice alot of the 'can't stands' and 'must haves' are kind of 'givens,' so they were hard to choose.
