More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm most passionate about manifesting my life dream of marriage & family. Additionally I'm also passionate about many everday pleasures in life such as: laughing 'til my sides ache with good friends; seeing a twinkle in another person's eyes; kicking back by the fire; a good strong cup 'o Joe; and skiing really fast on perfect corduroy under the sunshine with a big smile on my face.

I typically spend my leisure time

Currently I spend a fair amount of time with close friends either just hanging out or getting away for the weekend. Time to rejuvinate is also important to me whether it's relaxing at home, working in the yard or working out at the gym. I am fairly active - during the winter & spring I downhill ski and during the summer & fall months I like to hike or sail or attend a Husky home game.

The most influential person in my life has been

I would hope to meet an extraordinarily loving man with many of the qualities I'm looking for in a partner. Some of those qualities are generous, passionate, active, successful, committed to spiritual growth and deepening honest communication striving for integrity in all aspects of life. A man who is not content with living on the surface but is eager for depth, warmth, intimacy and commitment. That said, I recognize my own limititations and am looking for less for perfection than for someone who is open to ways we can grow together.

The first thing people notice about me

Generally people notice my energy & enthusiasm. My enthusiasm might be experienced by my good humor or outgoing nature.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I just picked up "A Tiger for Breakfast," which is a story about a Katmandu adventurer. I haven't finished the book. What I like most about it is that it reminds me of my fond travels to Nepal several years ago.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My strong faith
  2. My passion for life
  3. Courage - I like to say, "feel the fear and do it anyway."

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I'm a laid back person.
