More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Spending time with my family and friends, staying active and pursuing a healthy lifestyle, and continuously learning and experiencing new things.

I typically spend my leisure time

I enjoy going to concerts, attending those 'Art & Wine' festivals and other special events that the Bay area has to offer. I'm somewhat active in company sponsored community service events such as the monthly Food Sort drive and the RAFT.I try my best to keep in shape. I go to the gym about twice/three times a week, depending on how busy I am with work. I recently tried an indoor rock climbing class and I've been taking some yoga classes. On the weekends I can be active such as going on a hike, to learning/ improving my snowboarding skills.

The most influential person in my life has been

I'm looking for a lady who places high respect on being honest, thoughtful, genuine, caring, and loving. She has a strong sense of family and is spiritual. I value patience, kindness, empathy, and self-awareness. And yes, she must be willing to share food at restaurants ;) An amazing sense of humor too, it's important that one can not only laugh with their friends but also at themselves.

The first thing people notice about me

Positive energy, a good natured attitude and that I'm always smiling.

The last book I read and enjoyed

So many books for me to read! A good book that I read was one by Don M. Ruiz titled 'The Four Agreements' which encourages a code of conduct to be: Impeccable with your word, don't take anything personally, don't make assumptions, and always do your best. I'm currently reading a book about the "9 Energizing Breaths" it's amazing that simply breathing a different way for just ten minutes can boost energy and stamina. It really works! The book is called "The Power of Prana: Breathe Your Way to Health and Vitality"

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Good Health
  2. Loving Parents
  3. Laughter
