More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about participating in outdoor activities like mountain bike riding, snow skiing, and hiking. I also love just about anything to do with aviation and enjoy flying my own airplane on weekends. It is important to me that I keep myself in shape both mentally and physically, so that I always present myself well in all situations.

I typically spend my leisure time

I live in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains, so I go mountain bike riding quite a bit. I also like flying my own airplane or travelling on an airliner to some distant place. I like to play tennis too and enjoy watching college football on TV or attending the games.

The most influential person in my life has been

Ideally, I would love to find someone with a positive attitude who I also find to be physically attractive.

The first thing people notice about me

People probably notice that I am a little shy at first, but I open up quickly once I feel comfortable with you.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I enjoyed reading "State of Fear" by Michael Crichton. It was about eco-terrorism and how groups or governments try to instill fear to the general population in order to gain power. It was a fictional story based on scientific fact. I learned a lot about how some people and groups are using the fear of global warming to gain prominence. I also like that Crichton included a bibliography of the scientific papers used in the book to back up his arguments. I was surprised how fast moving and interesting the book turned out to be. I recommend it to everyone.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family & friends who have influenced my life and values.
  2. To the great life and gifts God has given to me.
  3. Being physically and financially fit.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

People probably don't notice that I can be the nicest caring person if they just treat me right.
