More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about life in general. I've only lived in AZ for about a year and a half so I'm pretty passionate about exploring new places and trying new things. I recently went hiking at South Mountain and realized I love to hike and explore the outdoors. Experiencing life and new adventures are very important to me.

I typically spend my leisure time

Dining out, spending time with family and friends, dive bars, shopping, watching movies, reading, swimming, watching sports, hiking, wandering around a new place, playing pool and darts (I'm not so good, but enjoy 'em both)...just about everything. I'm really easy to please, but usually have an idea what I'm in the mood for and I'm not afraid to express it.

The most influential person in my life has been

I don't have one important quality in mind, but rather various qualities. Ambition and intelligence are VERY important and a complete turn on for me. Sense of humor is a must and I'd really enjoy if you are into sports (baseball, football, whatever).

The first thing people notice about me

That I am open, easy-going, approachable, pretty social and comfortable meeting new people. I'm more comfortable in smaller groups, but can hold my own in large crowds too.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Hmm, I actually read quite a bit and enjoy anything: fiction, memoirs, mysteries, horror, true crime, biographies, historical fiction, chick lit. Right now I'm reading an easy chick lit book that is quite funny and entertaining. My job has been stressful lately, so I'm enjoying the lightness of the book; I don't need to think too much to read it.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My amazingly supportive friends and family
  2. Being healthy and able to be active when I want to be
  3. My high level of ambition and becoming the best therapist I can become

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I wish people would understand my sense of humor. Sometimes I have a dorky sense of humor, or I can be sarcastic--people take me too seriously and sometimes they think I am being cruel (which I am not).

Friends Describe me as

Easy-Going, Good listener, Passionate, Perceptive

A little more about me

I'm a little flirty, a bit sarcastic, fiercely independent, quite intelligent and somewhat outspoken. Some men can't handle that; they seem to want a docile woman who needs to be taken care of. Not me! Also, I do not drink wine, ever. That was a deal breaker for a guy I went on a date with a few months ago so I want to put it out there. I'm more of a beer drinker, or sometimes a nice fruity drink, margarita or mojito. I can eat Mexican food everyday, I love chips and salsa too.

I am
Somewhat Liberal
