More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Living every day to its fullest; delving deep into the foundations of reality; being outside in the sun, with the wind in my hair; falling in love; making my friends laugh.

I typically spend my leisure time

There's no typical involved here - I have such a wide range of interests, my leisure time is spent in many different ways. Usually depends on the weather! =) I love being outdoors, so if it's a nice day, you'll find me running about with my puppy, or playing soccer or basketball or tennis or scuba diving, et al. (the list goes on) Otherwise, I love reading a good book, watching movies (in the theater and at home), Disneyland/California Adventure to people watch and where people don't really mind if you act goofy..! (But don't think it stops there...ask!)

The most influential person in my life has been

Honesty! I can't stress this one enough! It really hurts to fall for someone whom you've only gotten the partial truth from, and then have that "other" stuff they neglected to tell resurface and end your relationship!

The first thing people notice about me

Most likely my sense of humor and/or energy - *the fire in my eyes* we'll call it...

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. Loved the philosophy woven into the book, and the fact that 10 minutes into it, I identified very closely with one of the main characters, and had the sense that it was ok to think the way that I do about life...

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Love
  2. My mind
  3. My friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I am equally as creative as I am analytical. People make assumptions as soon as they hear I'm a software engineer. Hello! My job does not define who I am, and neither should yours! =)

Friends Describe me as

Intelligent, Kind, Outgoing, Spontaneous

A little more about me

Where to begin? How about this - I've always had the philosophy that it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. I think that applies to all sorts of love, not just romantic love. You never know when this adventure we call life is going to be over, ergo, you simply must live each day to its absolute fullest (meaning live neither in the past nor in the future) - and that means keeping an open heart and an open mind, always! As for the rest, well, how much time do you have? =)
