The one thing I am passionate about...
I am passionate about protecting those who can't protect themselves, like children and animals. I strongly feel that they should never be hurt for any reason and neither should anyone else, period. I'm passionate about finding and fulfilling my destiny in God, becoming who I was created to be and helping others do the same. :o) I'm also passionate about doing the best I can at any task I'm doing, both professionally and personally.
I typically spend my leisure time
Walking and/or sitting on the beach and enjoying Gods beautiful creation and smelling the wonderful salt water in the air. Reading, computer, movies at home, spending time with family and friends. Playing with my dog and best little buddy before he died almost a year ago. :o( I have since rescued a 3 year old dog and we are working on manners training - he had a rough start in life.
The most influential person in my life has been
He must have his relationship with God as his primary focus and desire! A good sense of humor, love of animals and kids is a necessity.
The first thing people notice about me
My smile. I had one boss that gave most of the staff nicknames and mine was "Smiles". :o)
The last book I read and enjoyed
The book was called "Hadassah", a novel by Tommy Tenney. It was about the life of Queen Esther, from the Bible and it was awesome - I loved it. My favorite part was probably the fact that she trusted in God and allowed Him to use her to affect a King and a nation, in spite of all the hardships she endured - especially, in her early life.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- God, Church, Bible
- Family, Friends, Pets
- Job, Home, Nourishment
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That once I get to know someone and feel comfortable with them, I'm a lot of fun to be around and not nearly as shy as I initially appear.
Friends Describe me as
Easy-Going, Funny, Good listener, Hard Working
A little more about me
I love rain, fog, the sound of Seagulls, the smell of salt water, boating, and the Seattle Seahawks. To me, fog is like a hug from Heaven. :o) Also, I've never been married and have no children, but pray that God has both in His plans for my future.
