More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm passionate about my relationships in life. Whether it's being there for a friend in need, visiting a nursing home and connecting with the residents, or just being a good sister I love making a positive difference. I pride myself in nurting my connections and relationships with people.

I typically spend my leisure time

I love to read, do crafts, write, go to plays, go to movies, bowl, hang out with friends, listen to music. I'm a very easy going person and will try just about anything once.

The most influential person in my life has been

I'm looking for someone honest, down to earth, and affectionate. Someone who will be a good friend as well as a good lover. He should be someone that I can talk to about anything - serious or silly. I'm sick of playing games and I am looking to meet someone genuine - not the type of people you meet in a bar environment. I am interested in cultivating a friendship first and seeing where it leads to from there.

The first thing people notice about me

I'm always happy and smiling. I have a very sweet way about me.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I read "The Red Tent" by Anita Diamant. It was about Dinah from the Bible. It expanded upon the very little that we know of her from Genesis. What I loved about it, was that I quickly forgot that it was fiction. All of the characters - Jacob, Leah, Rachel, Dinah, and her 12 brothers became "real" people. It soon became hard to distinguish what was part of the biblical story, vs. what was "midrash".

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My health
  2. My Family
  3. My Friends

Friends Describe me as

Genuine, Good listener, Happy, Loyal

A little more about me

I'm a hopeless romantic. I'm still searching my soulmate, my "besheyrt".
