More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passionate about the ocean. I love being at the beach and looking out at the vastness of the ocean and an empty horizon. I find beauty in big empty spaces like the sky and the sea, especially during sunsets and sunrises. That's what drew me to become a pilot.

I typically spend my leisure time

When I'm not at work, I like to exercise by going jogging. It's the perfect way for me to unwind after a long day. I enjoy spending time at the beach; especially those warm muggy evenings when people start to head home, and the sky and the sea meld together in this bluish purple haze. On a completely different note, I also like to take the train down to Boston and visit the Museum of Fine arts Wednesday evenings (when admission is free.) I've always gone alone, but some company would be nice.

The most influential person in my life has been

I believe everyone needs a passion in life; be it vaccinating small children in East Africa, country line dancing, or anything in between. I'm looking for a woman who puts her heart into what she does, who gets excited about things, and wants to share those things with me. That's sexy.

The first thing people notice about me

I'm a big fan of using humor to lighten the mood. Laughter has a way of putting people at ease. If someone makes a funny joke, I won't hold back the laughter because everyone enjoys being funny sometimes.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I've been constantly reading my favorite book ever, House of Leaves, for the past three years. It's a very experimental novel by Mark Danielewski and I could go on for hours telling you about it. I'm also reading Robinson Crusoe at the moment, because I've always wanted to move to a tiny island in the South Pacific.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Knowing what makes me happy.
  2. That I'm passionate about certain things.
  3. Knowing what I want to do with my life, both personally and professionally.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

All is revelaed in time.

A little more about me

Things have always been fairly black and white for me. I've always had pretty good reasons for my actions in the past. While I'm not quite sure why I'm doing this, I'm excited about the possibilites.
