The one thing I am passionate about...
Life, Painting, Ice Hockey, Motorcycle, Robert Lax, Che, Comandante Marcos, Poetry, My students... I am very passionate. In many cases, I find myself being passionate about pretty much everything that I put my mind into. My basic thought on this is, "Why start if you are not going to put your heart out." Enjoy the journey without regrets!!!
I typically spend my leisure time
read while drinking tea or coffee near my artelier in SF, movies (like the dark ones), listen to my favorite CDs while reading, painting and exercising, hang out with buddies just fussing around, play hockey, go for a ride to the beach on my motorcycle, clean and organze my apartment (I've been putting it off for too long)
The most influential person in my life has been
honesty, intellect, nice smile, deep heart, serenity, compassion, lots of love, warmth...
The first thing people notice about me
I am mostly quiet most but known to say some crazy stuff. It makes perfect sense to me without much explanation but others seem to think other wise.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Bio of Willem de Kooning (abstract expressionist painter) and will be starting one about Art education very soon.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- I am thankful that I am alive.
- I am greatful that I can engage in abstract thinking.
- I appreciate what is given to me and what I may be able to offer.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
Well, I don't care to be honest. i am pretty comfortable in my own skin and if other's don't notice right away or even with considerable time, it really isn't my problem.
Friends Describe me as
Creative, Dependable, Loyal, Passionate
A little more about me
I do not like this administration. From the first day, I did not find Neo-cons right wingers funny at all. I am unsatified with the governments foreign policy especially towards our middle eastern friends. I believe we can spend more resources fixing our internal problem than an external one. I despise Christian evangelical influence in our government. State and religion must remain seperated from each other. I strongly believe in women's right to choose. And, let's really fix the education.
