More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I have to say that I am passionate about my family. I have found lately that quality time is very precious. Communication and understanding among family is a rare gem. I'm not saying that it's perfect with my family, but I am striving to model that things can improve if earnest effort is involved. Also, I'm genuine about self improvement and development. I believe we should all strive to be the best we can be for ourselves, primarily, and for those that are important to us.

I typically spend my leisure time

I try to relax. some reading. I love curling up in a warm bed and just trying to snooze.

The most influential person in my life has been

Honesty. I truly feel that open, honest communication is imperative in a good relationship. I feel that people can lovingly, compassionately, thoughtfully communicate with each, but hold honesty as a necessary value in communication, that the relationship can not help but be stong and all involved are supported by that strength on many levels.

The first thing people notice about me

I have been told that my laugh is infectious. I enjoy laughing. I have a good sense of humor and will laugh at just about anything. I love certain cartoons, "Dexter's Laboratoty" is one of my favorites, it cracks me up!

The last book I read and enjoyed

'Lessons in Truth' by Cady. The book is about universal truths that apply to each and every soul that touches the earth. It's all inclusivity. The fact that it acknowledges we are all fully human and fully divine at one and the same time.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My faith in God, which continues to grow and sustain me in all times.
  2. My family. Being a single parent is a challenge, but I have also been given many rewards.
  3. My ability to be persistant when necessary and the willingness to release that which no longer serves the greater good of those concerned.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

No answer. This is one I'll have to think about for now.

Friends Describe me as

Dependable, Hard Working, Outgoing, Perceptive

A little more about me

I'm a pretty straight forward person. I try to treat others as I wish to be treated. I can be an enigma, but it is so much fun getting to truly know me.
