More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Lot's of tings. I have many interests! I enjoy spending time with friends & family. I love to dance, ski (both alpine and x-country), and read books. I love all things scottish, and frequently attend highland games. I even have a kilt! I love to attend Reniasance Faires, where I occasionally commit acts of knavery and hath challanged many a five year old to personal combat(Aye, the little brats can be real vicious with their WOODEN SWORDS). I also enjoy flying stunt kites at the beach, where I try not to closeline the surfers (I've had mixed success). I also crisis counsel at New Hope. Finally, Im passionate about my faith, though not pushy.

I typically spend my leisure time

Please refer to my responses in question #2 for the answers.

The most influential person in my life has been

Genuineness, someone with depth. Good looking and a healthy set of teeth would also be nice!

The first thing people notice about me

I'm very easygoing

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Darwin Awards III. It basically about the "novel" and "creative ways" people come up with to remove themselves from the gene pool. Many Darwin Award recipients are posthumous, though not all. I enjoyed the story of a Florida woman, who for years, religiously waded out from shore with a floating bucket of bait fish, so she could feed the dolphins. She decided it would be wise to move on to other things, when a game warden, who luckily came by in his skiff; informed her that those are SHARKS! You would "think" her first clue would have been that the "dolphins" didn't seem to surfacing for air.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I'am thankful that guardian angels were looking after my mother's wellfare, Her house could have burned down.
  2. I'am thankful that I have a close family and close friends.
  3. Finally, I am thankful that I still have my health after two major auto accidents, including a head-on collision with a drunk driver.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I'm very easygoing, until someone tries to compromise my values, then I get real stubborn. In the first grade, I once got sent to the principle's office because I wouldn't allow my 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Brown to throw some silk worm cocoons into a pot of boiling water. Hey, they were "good" insects. To allow Mrs. Brown to kill them, was morally wrong!

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Good listener, Intelligent, Perceptive
