More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passionate about bringing destiny to its knees and bending it to my will. Wait. . . Okay that's not really me. I guess you could say I'm passionate about maple bacon underwear and being a lumberjack. Um. . . I don't wear flannel so that's out. Here's some real stuff.I'm in a polyamorous relationship with music. I'll put record on the turntable and rock out. Next I'll put on my my headphones, close my eyes, and lose my mind. The next day I'll be at a live show.I'm also a craft beer enthusiast. Top nods to Dry Dock, Left Hand, Great Divide, Bull & Bush, and Upsope. I am passionate about keeping an active body and mind.

I typically spend my leisure time

I am often entertaining guests at my house. This usually includes games (board, card, or video), movies, and witty conversation. I'm hopeful I can meet someone that will join me in biking and snowboarding. If your outdoor activities differ, don't worry, I'm flexible. I'm down for doing anything with the right people.

The most influential person in my life has been

Although I don't have one quality that I'm dead set on, here are some things that would be a plus:Loves to laugh, can do both sarcastic and respectful, at least a moderate level of independence (talking personality here not finances), a decent amount of nerdiness, loves beards.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Foundation by Isaac Asimov. I was fascinated by the intellect of both the story line and the characters. Absolutely no question on why Asimov is the first name in science fiction. No other work of fiction creates conflicts of this size and scale. Okay, maybe Gurren Lagann. . . My two favorite books are Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk and Frankenstein by Mary Shelly. Both are completely different books but interestingly have some striking similarities.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Great family and friends: What you do isn't as important as whom you do it with.
  2. Financial stability: I'm not crazy wealthy, but came through the recession building equity.
  3. My Beard: Thankful isn't really the word, just giving you a warning. Its big

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I'm really happy your checking out my profile. It gives me the warm fuzzies.

A little more about me

I'm known in several countries for having an amazing drop kick. We're talking BOOM, kick a dude right through the window.I think we should start referring to accidents as 'car cuddles.' We'd get to say stuff like, "sorry I'm late, there were three cars cuddling on the highway this morning."Contrary to the first section, I prefer my syrup and bacon separate (I'm kinda confused about the whole maple bacon craze) and I definitely don't want them be involved with underwear.
