More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I would say I am the most passionate about traveling... I LOVE to take trips or vacations to different places, different states for instance (no particular place of interest)just to experience how other people in different parts of the world live their everyday lives; I enjoy seeing different things in life!!!

I typically spend my leisure time

Usually doing something fun with my boys, either going out to a movie and to get something to eat, or if it's really a nice day outside, we'll go to the playground or park or take a day trip or something spontaneous like that. I love being somewhat impulsive; its fun to just get up and say..."hey, lets drive to Ocean City", or Hersheypark, wherever... I enjoy doing that!!

The most influential person in my life has been

It would definitely be a 2-way tie between honesty and sincerity...In essence-- "Say what you mean, mean what you say"

The first thing people notice about me

My genuine warmth as a person, my positive, "bubbly" attitude

The last book I read and enjoyed

Wow...thats been awhile!! I would say "The Gift" by Danielle Steele. It grabbed my attention and I just could not put it down! It was a story of a family who lost their little girl after she became very sick and died; in another part of the story, another young girl unexpectedly becomes an unwed teen parent, and is forced to go away and have her baby in "shame" and return home to her family afterwards, in her travels while she is waiting for the baby to be born, she crosses paths with the first family who lost the child, and ends up giving her child to them....hence--"The Gift"... it was just a wonderful book and truly exemplified courage

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. my 2 beautiful healthy boys
  2. my health
  3. my family

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

that I really AM a nice person...I've been told before that I look so serious all of the time, almost like I walk around with a "mean" look on my face... Just give me a chance...I promise! I don't bite!! ha ha!

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Generous, Genuine, Kind

A little more about me

as I said above, "Say what you mean, and mean what you say" I am very big on that...I have been deeply hurt in the past, and don't plan on going through anything like that ever again. I am a very open, honest person who has a lot to offer the right man. I just haven't found him yet...Is it you???
