More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Being happy. So many people aren't happy, I just can't imagine living that way. You make your own happiness in life and have no one to blame but yourself if you're missing it.

I typically spend my leisure time

I'm very athletic, but I don't consider myself an athlete. I'm currently training for my first Triathalon and have big plans for my second marathon this fall, but I see myself as the girly-athlete. For example, at Grandmas' Marathon, I was hard-core training, but i wore pink flowers in my hair for it. Other than that, I like to go out with friends to dinner. I like the Uptown Happy Hours. I'm very close to my family, so I spend a lot of time with them. I also like to cook, read, and yes, clean. I'm a pretty well rounded person.

The most influential person in my life has been

So hard to pick the MOST important! hhmmm.....honesty, humor, kindness, fun...all are important. Basically, they need to have a zest for life! Glass half full kind of guy.

The first thing people notice about me

I've been told many times that i'm really easy to talk to. I have a very inviting personality. I make people feel comfortable right away. Which is great when it's a potential love interest or friend. Not so great when it's the creepy person on teh street.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I recently read the DaVinci Code and I loved it! So much symbolism and hidden meaning. It really made me think twice about everything I know regarding religion---and I'm not a religous person.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My independece. I don't have to rely on anyone else for my happiness, for money, or for fullfillment.
  2. My Friends-they motivate and inspire me. Plus, they're a ton of fun!
  3. My immediate family. We are an extremely close-knit bunch, and they are a hell of a lot of fun!!

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

The things that take time to realize; that i'm passionate, caring, loyal, and trustworthy. All things that once you get to know me, are quite obvious.

Friends Describe me as

Funny, Intelligent, Kind, Outgoing

A little more about me

I like funny men. If you can make me laugh, you're golden!
