More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I love creating things that weren't before, especially if I can get my hands dirty in a block of clay and play until something comes to life.

I typically spend my leisure time

I've got a fabulous cicle of friends and a great family, so I spend time with all of them. When I have time to myself I've usually got my hands in a block of clay.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone who's real, past the game-playing and can be counted on to mean what he says. Trust is everything to me. Trust and a sense of humor. ;)

The first thing people notice about me

Once we get talking people usually notice I'm easy to talk to and very open about things. I've gotten to a place in my life where I don't feel I hvae to adapt myself to the person in front of me. Years ago I realized that you're either going to take me or leave me, so why not skip the pretense and just give you the real thing? Please, you be yourself too.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"Fallen Angels" It's a book of stories and poems about the art work of painter Jack Vettriano. All the writers are Scottish, as is Vettriano and it's just very interesting to see what other people imagine when they look at his work. They book before that was "Calviin & Hobbes' Tenth Anniversary," which I was read with my niece.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Being an American. As a woman, there's no place I'd rather live!
  2. Loving family and friends
  3. Getting to reinvent and evolve everyday

Friends Describe me as

Creative, Genuine, Loyal, Warm

A little more about me

I've been on a self-imposed "man-fast" for a while now. The men I was meeting were never who they presented themselves to be and it's made me a bit more cautios. So, I decided to take a break from it all before I became completely disgusted and ran away to join a convent! It's been long enough now, so here I am. Still cautious but ready to try it again. All I ask is that you be yourself. If you are and we don't hit it off then at least we haven't wasted each other's time. I promise to do the same for you.
