More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I would say that I am equally passionate about my friends and family and my work. I work fairly long hours (50-60 hours a week) but really don't notice because I enjoy my work so much. I feel I am also passionate about my relationships with the people that are important to me. I like relationships in which I feel that what I am putting in to it is close to equal to what I am getting out of it. I enjoy growing and improving upon my relationships with my friends and family.

I typically spend my leisure time

I spend a good deal of time at work, so one of my favorite things to do on my days off is to "not do anything". Watch movies, hang out at the pool, etc. I tend to not make a lot of big plans and just kind of take it as it comes. I also do enjoying a little shopping from time to time, but I'm still not able to keep up with my sister!

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone who is willing to put an equal amount of effort into building a relationship as I am.

The first thing people notice about me

My willingness to give anyone an opportunity to become a friend. I will talk to anyone and do a pretty good job at not "judging a book by it's cover".

The last book I read and enjoyed

"First Break All the Rules" by Buckingham (and I can't remember the other author's name). It was a business leadership book. What I liked best about it was that it offered a new take on improving yourself as a manager and that so many times we overlook the simple, basic things that really make a difference in the success of a business.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My immediate family is adding two new members over the next few months.
  2. Work has been going well and my career path is on the right path.
  3. I am comfortable being alone, which I think is beneficial to having a successful relationship (you need to be happy with yourself).

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My heart.

Friends Describe me as
