More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am most passionate about learning and education. You are never too old to learn something new or pick up a good book to read!

I typically spend my leisure time

Reading, traveling, going to cultural and sporting events

The most influential person in my life has been

There are actually three-Honesty, Loyality and Fidelity. Those three qualities seem to have been lost in the world

The first thing people notice about me

They usually notice that I have a very quirky sense of humor. I love the odd, random things that people say at times.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I guess textbooks don't count do they. I'd have to say "The Da Vinci Code" or "The Curious Incident of The Dog In The Night-Time".

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My Family
  2. My Friends
  3. My Education Opportunties

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I'm not as reserved as I might appear.

Friends Describe me as

Affectionate, Hard Working, Intelligent, Loyal

A little more about me

I am currently in the middle of my Master's degree. I was on my way to law school when Life threw a curve at me. (That curve being my two best friends saying "just do some subsitute teaching to earn extra money for law school") I have never regretted making the decision to go into Education (with the exception of having to make up a ton of classes since my BA is in Political Science). Besides that, I deal with more law and politcs every single day in Special Education than I ever could in the private sector. Teaching is my way to serve and give back to my community since I have been so blessed in my life.
