More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I love the beauty of the outdoors--mountains, trees, flowers animals, water. I love living in it and taking care of it so others can enjoy it too. I love art-especially sketching, oil painting and ceramics, though I don't do as much as I'd like these days. Family and friends are most important though--they are the ones always there to get you through a rough day, and to share the good days with.

I typically spend my leisure time

I like to read, go for walks/bike rides, watch TV/movies, listen to music and spend time with my friends, and family. When I need to clear my head I like to go for a drive on a country road and sing as loud as I can to the radio!

The most influential person in my life has been

I want someone who can put up with my stubbornness, and yet who will also challenge my position on things that they don't agree with. I know that sounds little contradictory...

The first thing people notice about me

People who just meet me most often see me as being a very quiet person.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I'm currently reading about a young woman who has just moved to New York and is starting her life after college, trying to figure out things for herself. It reminds me alot of myself, because I am still trying to figure out what I want to do too! It is an autobiography and I like how the main character is kind of silly--alot like me also.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. Family and friends--it is good to know there are people who will always love you, even if you fight sometimes.
  2. Education--I am lucky to have had great educational experiences
  3. Opportunities--I have been able to go places and do things that not everyone is able to do, and for that I am greatful.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

People often don't notice my sarcastic sense of humor until they know me fairly well. I guess that's partly my own fault for being pretty reserved when I first meet someone.

Friends Describe me as

Funny, Optimistic, Quiet, Sweet

A little more about me

I'm sure there is more to me than what I've written here, but you'll find out eventually!
