More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

In a word..."politics." I work on the hill and plan to make a career out of elective politics. If I meet the right one, then who knows, my passions could change, but until then, it's work that drives me.

I typically spend my leisure time

Well since I've only lived here a few months and don't know anyone besides the people in my office, I spend most my free time doing things I need to do, like getting my groceries, cleaning the house, and laundry. If I'm really up for a good time, then I'll watch tv or read. Maybe I'll go into town to sight see once in awhile, but it's no fun doing it alone.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone I can trust. I keep running into the same situation...I meet someone who seems nice, we go out for a date, and then I get excuses of why she can't go out for a 2nd date, and then find out that she's dating about 10 other people. Trust, good looks, a good sense of humor, a good heart, all of that's very important.

The first thing people notice about me

My sense of politeness.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The last book I read was called "Revilee in Washington" by Maragert Leech. I picked it up after an old history professor from college recommended it. I'm a history nut, and I love the civil war, I eat that stuff up. I liked this book because it was all about what happened in Washington when the war broke out and as it was going on. It all happened in the places I walk through every day at work. How cool is that?! Oh yeah, I can be a dork too.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My parents being able to put me through school
  2. The fact that I got the job I wanted right out of school
  3. John Kerry didn't win in '04

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I can be very romantic. The ideas are there, just haven't found anyone to spend them on yet.

Friends Describe me as

Creative, Good listener, Loyal, Thoughtful
