More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

My passion definitely lies with my belief in family, loyalty, and friendship. I would be lying if I said monetary gain was unimportant, but I see money as a means to enable me to spend more time with family and friends and nurturung relationships without having the restraints lack of money can oftimes present. It's great to sit at home sometimes and do nothing, but I like and want to be able to get out and do, see, experience things, and money makes that possible. I am passionate about enjoying all life has to offer with those special people in my life. I work hard, play hard and pray hard....passionately,always!

I typically spend my leisure time

With friends, theater, go-kart racing, cuddling my dog (big dog person), sleeping (which I get too little of) and anything else that comes to mind or is of interst to me at the time. I'm always open to new things or to doing nothing at all, if that's what feels good at that moment.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone open, honest, attractive and most importantly aware. How can you know what you're looking for, if you don't truly know who you are? I seek someone tired of playing the game and is ready to settle down and make a commitment without taking too long to do so. "It doesn't take a whole day to recognize sunshine."

The first thing people notice about me

Sorry, but this question is a bit ridiculous to me, because appearance and the physical is the first thing people notice about anyone. From across the room, you don't see personality, morals, values, you see physical attraction. So, my appearance is the first thing people notice.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Spike Lee's biography "That's My Story and I'm Sticking To It" I loved the fact that Spike shed light on so many of the misconceptions about him as a man, a film maker, a role model... It was extremely insightful and informative. I like to read things that teach me something or impart some sort of knowledge, and this did.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am thankful for my health.
  2. My family and friends are extremely important
  3. And I am most appreciative for the blessings and opportunties God has bestowed upon me.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

People notice what they should. Perception is different for everyone. I do though, however, wish that people would stop assuming that based on my physical appearance, I couldn't possibly also be nice and genuine. But, that's an L.A. thing, so what can you do?
