More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

My passions vary greatly. I enjoy a wide variety of things from cooking and movies at home to getting out and fishing. I'm open to new experiences and enjoy learning about people's interests. I love the ocean and am a PADI certified diver, but boating and just "floating" rank very high up on my lists of pleasures. I enjoy physical contact and always appreciate a person who isn't afraid to "touch" (simple gestures of human kindness). Smiling is a universal language and I seem to communicate a lot with the general public.

I typically spend my leisure time

At home with my puppy and kitten. We all love the smell of food cooking and tend to relax when there's aromas coming from the kitchen. I enjoy fishing whether on a pier or on a boat and dive whenever I can find a "buddy". I'd camp if I can find someone to do it with, but most women don't like roughing it. I enjoy conversing and laughing.

The most influential person in my life has been

The first thing people notice about me

My smile.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I most enjoy cookbooks. Love the pictures! Love to cook! There needs to be an "end result" for me to read. A book needs to "feed" me in one way or another. I'm browsing through "The Book of Secrets" by Osho which is primarilly about meditation (which I don't do), but this book is thought provoking and hence, is providing an end result. It's a mind opening sort of experience and I enjoy the process of thought.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. The opportunity to push past the negativity in others and appreciate the positive choices in life.
  2. The ability to earn a living and support myself.
  3. The chance to meet new people who can potentially enhance my existence.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My heart.

A little more about me
